Photo Consent

We often share photos of our guests on social media. Please let us know if you prefer your pet’s photo not be posted. Canine guests that stay with us will enjoy interaction with staff and other pets as part of their stay. Let us know if you prefer your dog not interact with other dogs.

Payment

A deposit of 50% of the estimated service will be taken upon booking or arrival, with the full remaining payment due at pick-up. Single session classes will be paid in full upon arrival. Special payment plans may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

Deposit refunds will not be provided if cancellations are made less than 7 days prior to your pet’s stay. Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days will be refunded 50% (25% of the total estimated services) of the initial deposit. No refunds will be issued if you pick up your pet at an earlier date than scheduled, but credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations made with more than 14 days notice will receive a full refund of their deposit. Deposits made between December 1st and December 31st are non-refundable.

Booking Modifications

Changes in booking will be honoured on a case-by-case basis. Multi-session training packages cannot be modified to credits for other services once the first session has begun.

Late Policy

Canine drop-offs and pick-ups that are more than 15-minutes late without sufficient prior notice will be subjected to a fee of $25 per late drop-off/pick-up. Please note that pick-up is at 11:00 am, late check-outs are by appointment and must be prearranged.
